Learning from Kim's mistakes

What are her mistakes and how can they help understand more her triumphs?

Considering that Kim had to travel a lot for music business, i know she said some of the album covers didn't look as good as the projects (Another Step 1986 for instance)
Kim paid attention much more afterwards...

Musically i don't think Kim made mistakes.
Even Say You Really Want Me wasn't a mistake, despite all that's been said in the Media.It wasn't meant to be taken so seriously.Plus the video wasn't obscene imo.
That's definitely an exception in her career...

Vocally, she's among Artists who keep inspiring me since she has a true melodic sense.
On stage she really improved! If there were mistakes they were mainly due to her emotions.
I guess she improved her technique in time obviously, but it seems she's more in control with her emotions now.
